In a national-scale virtual fitness challenge, every participant logs workouts by uploading photos from their phone — thousands of screenshots from different fitness apps, watches and devices. Checking each one by hand would need an army of reviewers, slow the experience to a crawl and still let mistakes through.

SingIndustry engineered an AI verification layer into the platform: the moment a participant uploads an activity image, AI reads it — recognising the workout type, extracting the distance and date, and checking the submission is genuine. Sessions are validated and approved automatically, leaderboards update in real time, and no human ever needs to sit in the loop.
