Which service do we need if we are not sure? +

Start a conversation. Most engagements begin with a short discovery phase where we map the workflow, the systems involved and the outcome you want, then recommend the combination of disciplines that fits — sometimes one, often several working together.

Do you take on end-to-end projects or single disciplines? +

Both. We regularly deliver complete products from research to operations, and we also provide the single capability a team is missing — AI engineering inside an existing platform, integration between systems, or design ahead of an in-house build.

How do you price and plan work? +

After discovery we provide a proposal with scope, milestones and cost. Larger platforms are planned in stages so you can review working software and adjust priorities as you learn.

Where do you work from? +

We are based in Singapore, with an engineering team in Malaysia, and work with organisations across Asia. Collaboration runs over shared workspaces, video and structured reviews; for on-site event technology we are physically present.

What happens after a project goes live? +

We stay involved. Every engagement can include support, monitoring and a roadmap for improvements with the same engineers who built the system.
