SG60 Homecoming Concert Half a million registrations. One ballot. One night.

DESCRIPTION

A national concert marking Singapore’s 60th year drew far more interest than there were seats. Registration had to run nationwide, allocation had to be fair and defensible, and arrival on the night had to move quickly.

SingIndustry ran the national registration platform, operated the ballot that drew winners from the entries, allocated the available tickets, and delivered the on-site QR check-in for arrival at Jewel Changi Airport.

OUTCOME

Around 500,000 registrations were processed nationwide, a ballot was run across them and 2,500 tickets were allocated for the concert at Jewel Changi Airport. Figures as reported by SingIndustry.
